On June 19, Member of Party Central Committee, Secretary of Long An Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial People's Council - Nguyen Van Duoc led the delegation of officials of Long An province to visit officers, soldiers and people on Tho Chau island.

Tho Chau island belongs to Tho Chu archipelago (Phu Quoc city, Kien Giang province) 100km northeast of Phu Quoc island.
