“Departments, sectors and localities must enhance their proactiveness and flexibility in direction and management, especially in the areas of budget collection, site clearance and public investment management, in order to successfully complete the disbursement target of more than 50% by the end of the second quarter of 2025,” Mr. Nguyen Van Ut emphasized.
