1.3.1. Land use area: about 131,753 m2 (location and boundary of the land are for project implementation according to the cadastral map extract issued by the Division of Natural Resources and Environment of Duc Hoa district on October 10, 2023).

1.3.2. Population scale: About 10,100 people.

1.3.3. Construction scale: Completely and synchronously invest in technical and social infrastructure according to the approved 1/500 detailed planning.

1.3.5 Social Housing Development Land Fund

Implementing the allocation of land for social housing construction under the current legal regulations. After selecting the investor to carry out the project, the locality will coordinate with the investor to accurately determine the social housing land fund in as prescribed.

1.3.6. Preliminary investment plan for urban infrastructure construction and management within and beyond the project scope; preliminary part of urban infrastructure that the investor retains for business investment, and the part of urban infrastructure that the investor hands over to the locality.

-The investor invests in complete, synchronized technical infrastructure, and social infrastructure according to the detailed approved planning.

-The management and handover of technical infrastructure projects will be carried out according to the current regulations of the state authorities.

-Complete the construction of mixed-use high-rise residential buildings, social housing (if any); complete the construction of mixed-use projects including commercial services, culture, sports, offices; healthcare facilities, educational facilities including preschools, primary schools, and secondary schools. After completing the investment in project construction, the investor has the right to operate and do business with the invested construction items.

-For urban infrastructure beyond the project scope, the urban infrastructure projects outside the project scope are implemented according to the approved planning. Specifically for infrastructure within the project boundary, the investor is responsible for implementing and coordinating with the local authorities in connecting technical infrastructure.

2. Preliminary total project implementation costs: 8,814,487,307,000 VND (in words: eight thousand eight hundred fourteen billion four hundred eighty-seven million three hundred seven thousand Vietnamese Dong).

3. Preliminary total compensation, support, and resettlement costs: 477,758,693,000 VND (in words: four hundred seventy-seven billion seven hundred fifty-eight million six hundred ninety-three thousand Vietnamese Dong).

4. Project operation duration: 50 years (calculated from the date the investor obtained the decision of land delivery, the decision of land lease, or the decision of land use purpose change).

5. Project implementation schedule: 02 (two) years from the date of having investor approval decision.

6. Project implementation location: Duc Hoa Ha commune, Duc Hoa district, Long An province.

7. Land area: about 131,753 m2

8. Land use purpose: Implement according to the provisions of land law.

9. Deadline for submitting application for project implementation registration: Before 17:00 P.M. of May 31, 2024.

- Prepare documents according to the forms in the appendix attached to Decision No. 3049/QD-UBND dated April 2, 2024 of Long An Province People's Committee on approval of preliminary request on capacity and experience of investors registering to implement investment project of Binh An Duc Hoa Urban Area, in Duc Hoa Ha commune, Duc Hoa district, Long An province.

- Must carry out procedures to be issued digital certificate on the National Bidding Network System.

- Investors submit project implementation registration documents on the National Bidding Network System.
