Up to 8/2013, there are 20 hospital in the province, in which:
- 03 provincial hospitals (Provincial General Hospital (900 patient beds), Traditional Medicine Hospital (110 beds), Tuberculosis and Lung Disease Hospital (70 beds) – 3 Region General Hospitals (Hau Nghia Region General Hospital (250 beds), Dong Thap Muoi Region General Hospital (140 beds), Can Giuoc Region General Hospital (250 beds).
- 14 health stations and clinics at district level including:
* Ben Luc Health Center (120 beds).
* Can Duoc Health Center (100 beds).
* Duc Hue Health Center (90 beds).
* Thu Thua Health Center (70 beds).
* Chau Thanh Health Center (80 beds).
* Tan Tru Health Center (80 beds).
* Thanh Hoa Health Center (90 beds).
* Tan Thanh Health Center (80 beds).
* Tan Hung Health Center (110 beds).
* Vinh Hung Health Center (90 beds).
* Duc Hoa Clinic (40 beds).
* Huynh Viet Thanh Clinic (25 beds).
* Go Den Clinic (35 beds).
* Rach Kien Clinic (50 beds).
- Health stations: 192/192 communes, wards, towns have the health stations
- 15/15 districts, towns, city have the Population and Family Planning Center
- The total number of health staffs, personnel: 5,011 persons.
- The ratio of doctor/ten thousand people: 5 doctors/ten thousand people.
- The ratio of pharmacists of university degree/ten thousand people: 0.32 pharmacists of university degree/ten thousand people.
