Accumulating 11 months of 2019, total retail sales of goods and services reached VND 82,055 billion, reaching 92.5% of the year plan, up 14.9% over the same period of 2018. According to the assessment, the retail sales of goods in 11 months reached a good increase thanks to increased purchasing power in many essential commodities. In addition, the supply of goods was plentiful, the price was stable, and there was no shortage of goods, and price increase.
