Accordingly, by 2020, the province will have 62 industrial clusters with a total area of 3,106.5 hectares, allocated to 8 districts and Tan An City. Specifically, Duc Hoa will have 20 industrial clusters with a total area of 994.6 hectares; Ben Luc will have 6 industrial clusters with a total area of 267.1 hectares; Can Giuoc will have 10 industrial clusters with a total area of 487.2 hectares; Can Duoc will have 17 industrial clusters with a total area of 957.1 hectares; Tan An City: 3 industrial clusters with a total area of 164.7 hectares; Duc Hue: 1 industrial cluster with an area of 50 hectares; Thanh Hoa: 1 industrial cluster with an area of 14.3 hectares; Tan Tru: 5 industrial clusters with a total area of 171.5 hectares. It is estimated that the capital demand to build infrastructure for the industrial clusters in the province by 2020 is about VND 27,337.
The development planning of industrial clusters by 2020 is the basis for the provincial People's Committee to consider and decide the establishment of industrial clusters. At the same time, the province continues to promote and attract investment in the infrastructural construction for industrial clusters, relocating enterprises and production facilities that are polluting or threatening to pollute out of the trade villages, residential areas, etc.
To implement and conduct the plan, the provincial People's Committee identified 7 main solutions: investment capital for infrastructural development; creation of clean land for industrial cluster development; attracting investment in construction, business of industrial cluster infrastructure; development of synchronous infrastructure inside and outside industrial clusters; attracting production investment in industrial cluster; linking to develop industrial clusters; renovation of the state management on industrial clusters./.
