
Long An is in the top 10 provinces and cities leading the Ranking of Public Administrative Reform Index in 2018
The Public Administrative Reform Index is a management tool developed and applied by the Ministry of Home Affairs from 2012 up to now which aims to help the Government monitor and evaluate in a real and objective manner the annual administrative reform results of ministries, ministerial-level agencies and People's Committees of provinces and cities directly under the Central Government.
Results of public administrative reform 2018 of provinces and cities were divided into 4 groups: Group A (over 80%); Group B (75-80%); Group C (70 - 75%); Group D (under 70%). Quang Ninh maintained the top position of the ranking with the index of 89.06%, 5.08% higher than the second unit, Hanoi City. Phu Yen ranked 63/63 of provinces and cities with the result of 69.53%.

The Satisfaction Index of Public Administration Services (SIPAS) in 2018 was 82.99%, up 2% over 2017.
